Experience:

For more than 25 years Mr. Blosser was in charge of the Simulation and Test Facilities at the Electronics Division of Rockwell in Anaheim, Ca. Since 1988 he has been teaching Electronics and Aircraft Maintenance (part-time) at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, Ca. and since 1997 he has been teaching Advanced Avionics at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, Ca.

Mr Blosser is a commercial pilot with land, sea and instrument rating. He also holds basic and advanced ground instructor and California life time teaching credentials in Avionics and Aircraft Maintenance.

Glossary:

A&P
Federal Aviation Administration Certificate (not a license): Airframe and Power Plant. Permits the person to legally work on ANY aircraft. Mr Blosser teaches this part-time at both Mount San Antonio College and Orange Coast College.
IA
Similar to A&P: Inspector Authorization. Must be an A&P. Permits the person to inspect the A&P's work and approve it for "return to service".
GROL
FCC General Radio Operators License. Permits a technician to open up and work on aircraft and shipboard avionics, i.e. radios. Mr Blosser teaches this course at Orange Coast College.
